Exchange & Refund

At LABELDIVA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only. Returns and refunds are not available.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • A clear opening video is mandatory in case of damaged or defective products

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Customized or altered items are not eligible for exchange

🚫 Products purchased during sale, discount offers, or using coupon/gift vouchers are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds.

In case of approved damaged or defective products:

  • Customers may opt for an exchange, or

  • Receive store credit (voucher code)

Store credit will be sent to the registered email ID and can be redeemed during checkout on future purchases.

Reverse Pickup for Exchange

  • Reverse pickup is available for exchange requests

  • A fee of ₹200 is applicable

  • Pickup will be scheduled only after payment confirmation

Size Exchange

If the size does not fit:

  • Request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery

  • Subject to stock availability

  • ₹200 courier fee applies

Order Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled

  • COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for selected products.

Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing the order to confirm availability.

Sale Items

All products purchased from the SALE section are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit.
